This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in forcibly withholding the cash generated from the

user fee revenues of the CWS (installed by the petitioner - Company at Kanumolu Village, Bapulapadu Mandal, Krishna District) since 01.10.2015 and seeking to dispossess the petitioner from operating the said Plant, as illegal and arbitrary.

On 25-11-2015, while dealing with this case, this Court felt that it has the potential of settlement through mediation and, accordingly, referred the dispute to the Mediation Centre, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, by passing a final order in the Writ Petition.

The Deputy Director, Arbitration and Mediation Center, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, has addressed proceeding in Roc.No.131/HCMAC/2015, dated 11.04.2016, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is stated that the mediator has settled the dispute and a Settlement Agreement has, accordingly, been entered into by both the parties. The mediator's report and the Settlement Agreement, dated 06-04-2016, have been sent along with the said proceeding.

At the hearing, Mr.J.Prabhakar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.Ravi Cheemalapati learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, requested for placing on record the terms of the Settlement Agreement, dated 06.04.2016.

In view of the same, the Settlement

Agreement, dated 06.04.2016, is placed on record, which shall form part of Order, dated 25-11-2015. Ordered accordingly.
