THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE N.BALAYOGI WRI T PETI TI ON No.7326 of 2017 ORDER: (per SK,J) This writ petition was filed seeking implementation of the order dated 18.04.2002 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.8193 of 2001. The said order was a common order passed in not only O.A.No.8193 of 2001 but also two other O.As. By the said order, the Tribunal directed the authorities to regularise the services of the applicants in all the O.As. in terms of G.O.Ms.No.1320 dated 15.12.1981, G.O.Ms.No.300 dated 24.06.1985 and G.O.Ms.No.1211 dated 18.10.1989 within three months. This order was subjected to challenge by the authorities and Civil Appeal No.3567 of 2006 filed by them was ultimately dismissed by the Supreme Court on 26.04.2011. That being so, it is not open to the authorities to fail to implement the order passed by the Tribunal as long back as in the year 2002 fixing a time frame of three months for compliance.

The writ petition is accordingly allowed. The respondents are directed to regularise the services of the petitioners in terms of the order passed by the Tribunal expeditiously and, in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
