The petitioner-accused No.7 filed the present application under Sections 480 and 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.1012 of 2024 of Narsingi Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 22(c), 27 A, 27 (a) read with 8 (C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'the NDPS Act').

Heard Mr.Shabana Munawar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Vivekananda Reddy, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.

The allegation against the petitioner/accused No.7 is that he along with other accused were found in possession of huge
commercial quantity of Narcotic Drugs i.e.199.10 grams of Cocaine and the same was seized from their possession. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody since more than 353 days. Hence, learned counsel prayed this Court to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 5.
On the other hand, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on instructions submits that charge sheet has been filed. 6.
In the light of the submissions made by both the learned counsel and on a perusal of the material on record, it appears that investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the incarceration period of the petitioner, this Court deems it fit to grant bail to the petitioner/accused No.7, subject to the following conditions: (i) The petitioner shall execute a personal bond for Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge,Ranga Reddy.
(ii) The petitioner shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 480(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
