The petitioners complain against inaction of respondents in disposing of representation dated 14.02.2018. The Assistant Government Pleader keeping in view the written instructions received from 4th respondent submits that the request made by petitioners is not possible for execution and the 4th respondent will communicate the reply on the representation dated 14.02.2018 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The statement is placed on record and accepted.

The 4th respondent communicates reply to the representation dated 14.02.2018 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners, if are aggrieved on the communication, work out the remedies either before the competent court or before the appellate authority. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
