Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal') passed interim order, dated 18.02.2016, which reads as under: "In view of the above facts and circumstances, pending disposal of the O.A., the respondents are directed to consider the case of applicants for regularization of their services under G.O.Ms.No.212, Finance & Planning (FW.PC.III) Department, dt.22.04.1994 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." 2.
Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions from the petitioner to ascertain whether the Tribunal order dated 18.02.2016 has been complied or not by the respondent authorities; and further submits that if the case of the petitioner is still pending for consideration appropriate orders be passed. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Services-I submits that if the case of petitioner is still pending for consideration, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition(TR) is disposed of; directing respondent authorities to consider the petitioner case in terms of the Tribunal order dated 18.02.2016, if not already considered and if petitioner is otherwise eligible; and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six
(06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Accordingly this Writ Petition (TR) is disposed of.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
