While this Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by A.2 and A.3 to quash the proceedings against them in Cr.No.637 of 2013 of Madhapur Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing the letter dated 25-5-2017 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Gachibowli Police Station, Ranga Reddy District would submit that the investigation was completed, Charge Sheet was already filed on 12-2-2014 before IX M.M.Kukatpally and C.C. Number was awaited and prayed to dismiss the petition as infructuous.

No representation for the learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
