This Writ Petition is filed challenging the notice dated 12.06.2018.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that final orders are passed on the explanation offered by the petitioner and therefore the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies against the final orders passed by the respondents.
