HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2240 of 2015 ORDER :

This revision petition is filed questioning the order dated 7th of May 2015, passed in I.A.No.183 of 2015 in O.S.No.95 of 2008 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nandigama, by which, certain documents were allowed to be received subject to proof and relevancy. It is represented by the learned counsel for petitioner that the original suit O.S.No.95 of 2008 itself was dismissed on merits on 8th of October 2018.

In view of the fact that the original suit itself has been dismissed, this revision petition, which is filed against an interlocutory order, does not survive.

Accordingly, this revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
