HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15948 of 2017 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging registration of FIR No.56 of 2017 by the 2nd respondent.

2. The 3rd respondent filed a private complaint dated 13.04.2017 before the Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Sangareddy, which in turn forwarded to the 2nd respondent for investigation and to submit a report.

3. In view of the reference of the matter by the court to the police for investigation, this court is not inclined to interfere with the registration of the crime.

4. In the circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to follow due process of law in conducting the investigation, including compliance of Section 41-A of Cr.P.C.

5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
