Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, and the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, while dealing with the land of the petitioners herein, the GHMC authorities will strictly adhere to the law. The same is placed on record.
