It is represented by Mr. Bethi Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for the petitioners that pursuant to the interim order passed on 19.04.2018, the cases of the petitioners were considered in the second phase of counseling under the 15% quota available for non-locals. But since the petitioners did not get admission to a course of their choice, they could not join. Hence nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.
Therefore, the writ petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
