HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13633 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for his promotion to the post of General Manager (Plants & Projects), in the posts sanctioned vide G.O.Ms.No.80, Agriculture and Cooperation (Agriculture-I) Department, dated 08.11.2017 by holding that the petitioner herein is fully eligible and qualified for his promotion to the post of General Manager for the feeder category as Manager.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 27.03.2018 passed by this Court in WP.No.9581 of 2018 and the same is not disputed by Sri M.Papareddy, learned counsel for 2nd respondent.

In view of the above, for the reasons alike, and since the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2018, ventilating his grievance, is pending with the 2nd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.80, dated 08.11.2017, and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
