THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.12685 of 2004 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents disengaging the petitioners from their duties in his proceedings No.E1/255(19)/2004-RM:KMM dated 02.07.2004 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and against the principles of natural justice and liable to be set aside and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners from the date of their initial appointments and to release the consequential benefits and to pass such other necessary orders.
No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 30.03.2016 and the matter is posted to today 'for dismissal'. Today also even the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.
Respondents counsel is present.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
