Though this writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the 4th respondent to consider the representation for renewal of the permission vide order No.12/2009, dated 12-02-2009 for plot area 60-00 square yards in Sy.No.1105 situated at Bichkunda village and mandal, Kamareddy District, Nizamabad, learned counsel for the petitioner says that petitioner's application for grant of renewal may be considered as application for new permission. But Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 says that the petitioner has to make application afresh by fulfilling necessary conditions for grant of building permission. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner will make fresh application for grant of building permission. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make fresh application for grant of building permission and on such application, the competent authority to consider the same and take action in accordance with law.
