Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

In view of the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR for the overtacts allegedly caused by the petitioners/A.2 and A.6 along with other accused and as the investigation is not completed, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, the investigation shall be continued to its logical end. However, considering the fact that petitioner/Accused No.6 is a lady and the petitioner/A.2 is a student, the police of Koyyalagudem Police Station, West Godavari District, are directed not to arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 and 6 in Crime No. 31 of 2015 during the course of investigation. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
