Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. W.P.M.P.No.53374 of 2016 is also filed to the same effect.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and W.P.M.P.No.53374 of 2016 is, accordingly, allowed. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
