This petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused No.1 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.6 of 2016 on the file of Ananthagiri Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) of the NDPS Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner and other accused were found in possession of 118 kgs of ganja.

The petitioner is the resident of Delhi. In view of the same and since the quantity of ganja found in possession of the petitioner is commercial, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought by him.
