HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.13722 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Ms.M.Suguna for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioners pray for the following relief :- " ........to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondent authorities in not taking any action for allotment of the house sites in the layout made in Sy.No.2082/ 5 situated at Kavali village and Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, in spite of the repeated visits, followed by a written representation dt 19.3.2018 as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondent authorities to allot the house sites in the layout prepared in Sy.No.2082/ 5 situated at Kavali village and Mandal within Kavali Municipality, SPSR Nellore District ......" . Alleging inaction of the respondents in disposing the representation dated 19.03.2018 filed by petitioners, the present writ petition is filed.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that since the prayer is against inaction in disposing of representation dated 19.03.2018, the respondents may be directed to dispose of the representation dated 19.03.2018, in accordance with law, within a reasonable period.

The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is disposed of by this order.

(a) The petitioners are given liberty to re-submit representation dated 19.03.2018 before respondents within two weeks from today by enclosing a copy of this order.

(b) The respondents are directed to consider and dispose of representation dated 19.03.2018 in accordance with law, within two months thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
