THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13749 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him, in Crime No.67 of 2015 on the file of II Town Police Station, Kavali, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 120-B r/w 511 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner along with others induced innocent public to earn money easily by giving fake gold biscuits to them and by making them to believe that gold is pure. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that seven cases are pending against the petitioner.
