This writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel for the respective parties.
This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: ".... to issue an appropriate writ order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated ll.O9.2O2O lo permit the petitioner for pole climbing test and appoint tJre petitioner in BC-A community for the post of Junior Lineman in the 4th respondent Organisation - The Superintending Engineer, Operation Circle, Nagarkurnool, Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited, 33/ 11 KVSS, Housing Board Colony, Nagarkurnool, Nagarkurnool District, Telangana State, and pass such other order or orders Heard Sri D.L. Pandu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Sri G. Vidya Sagar, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the respondents - Company.
It has been contended by the petitioner that he has applied for the post of Junior Lineman in the respondents - Company. He has cleared in the written examination and he was asked to appear for Pole Climbing Test being conducted on 04.09.2020. Since the petitioner could not produce his original certificates of his qualification, the respondents have

AKS.J w.P.No.l8529 of2020 not permitted him to participate in the Pole Climbing Test' Thereafter, the Petitioner has submitted a rePresentation him to furnish original dated ll.Og.2O2O to enable documents and permit him to appear for Pole Climbing Test' But, so far, the respondents have not passed any orders on the said representation dated ll'O9'2O2O'
Learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore' contended that appropriate orders be passed in the writ petition directing the 3'd respondent to consider the representation dated 11.OT.2O2O of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
Sri G. Vidya Sagar, learned Senior Counsel, appearing for the respondents - Company had contended that since the representation dated LL.O9.2O2O of the petitioner is pending with the respondents - Company, the respondents would consider the same and appropriate orders would be passed in accordance with law.
This Court, having considered the rival submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the 3.a respondent to consider the representation dated 11.09.2020 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a reasonable period, preferably within period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
