This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397(1) read with 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment dated 03.11.2016 passed in Criminal Appeal No.856 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Special Judge for trial of offences under S.Cs. and S.Ts. (POA) Act-cum-VI Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.
