On written instructions, dated 05.07.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the subject Calendar Case ended in acquittal on 19.06.2014. 4.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
