ORDER

When the matter was listed on 26.08.2014, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the case was adjourned to 19.09.2014. On the said date also, the case was adjourned to 10.10.2014. Thereafter, the matter came to be listed on 20.08.2015. As there was no representation for the petitioner, the case was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 21.08.2015. When the matter is listed today, there is no representation for the petitioner. While admitting the writ petition on 30.06.2004, this Court granted interim suspension accepting the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that in similar WP.Nos.18142 of 2000 and 6268 of 2003 interim orders were granted.

A verification with the Registry reveals that W.P.No.6268 of 2003 came to be dismissed on 17.03.2011 and W.P.No.18142 of 2000 disposed of on 12.11.2003.

At any rate, as there was no representation for the petitioner on two occasions, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
