ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the order dated 08.04.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1321 of 2015 in S.R.No.3014 of 2015 by the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Bhimavaram.

The Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh submitted that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet on appropriate application. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
