O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri A.Abhishek Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 4, Sri K.Ramakanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education for 3rd respondent. A perusal of the impugned order goes to show that before rejecting affiliation to the petitioner - college for the courses mentioned therein, the 1st respondent - Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, represented by its Registrar, has not assigned any reasons, and the same amounts to violation of principles of natural justices. On this ground alone, the impugned order is set aside and the 1st respondent is directed to reconsider and pass a reasoned order afresh within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Writ petition is accordingly allowed to the extent indicated above. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall sand closed. No order as to costs.
