I.A.No.2 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.(iii) of the common order dated 13.08.2025 passed in Crl.P.Nos.6610 & 6662 of 2025 which reads as under:

"The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Wednesday between 09:00 a.m., and 05:00 p.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been diligently complying with all conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court and have extended full cooperation to the Investigating Officer since the date of the said order. He further submits that the investigation has been substantially completed, and therefore, the continued requirement for the physical presence of the petitioners for the entire day every week is no longer necessary. Therefore, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.P.Nos.6610 & 6662 of 2025 dated 13.08.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer as and when their presence is required. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
