Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused of Crime No.516 of 2017 on the file of the Penamaluru Police Station, Vijayawada City, registered for the offence punishable under Section 376(2)(n) I.P.C. and learned Public Prosecutor representing the State before ordering notice to respondent No.2. Perused the grounds urged in the quash petition and other material on record. On perusal of the F.I.R., there is nothing to interdict the investigation, but for, to avail other remedies like bail if not pending, to file application before the trial Court or any other Court of law to decide on own merits. All other defences are left open.
