This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioner/respondent seeking to quash the D.V.C.No.7 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Chennur, for the offences under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20(D) & 22 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/respondent and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. On a perusal of the record, this Court is of the view that truth or otherwise of the allegations made against the petitioner can be decided only after due trial. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings against the petitioner. However, the learned trial Court is directed to dispose of D.V.C.No.

7 of 2014 positively within thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order without seeking further extension of time for disposal of D.V.C. under any circumstances.
