Order:

This Company Application is filed for the following relief: "i) to permit the Official Liquidator to break open the existing locks of the company's Regd. Office situated at H.No.22-9-21, 3rd Floor, Lakshmi Dham, Veerabhadrapuram, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District and to take physical possession of the entire books & records and movable items of the company (In Liqn.) in the presence of the respondents herein; and ii) to order the costs of this application to come out of the assets of the company (in liqn.)."

Today, by a separate order passed in Company Application (Sr).No.5007 of 2014, this Court has set aside Order, dated 16-04-2014, in Company Petition No.82 of 2013, by which the applicant- Company was directed to be wound up, and as a sequel to the said order, the Official Liquidator was discharged.
