This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 20.01.2012 in I.A.No.760 of 2009 in O.S.No.2 of 2001 on the file of the Court of the IX Additional District and Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Visakhapatnam.

As per the office note, O.S.No.2 of 2001 was disposed of on 12.09.2012.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 22.03.2017. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. In view of the office note, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
