This Company Petition is filed seeking winding up of the respondent company for its failure to discharge the liability to the petitioner company. In normal circumstances, this Court would have proceeded with the matter, but however, in view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that proceedings are pending before the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, the Company Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue the proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench.

No costs. Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
