THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.36877 OF 2015 ORDER:

Questioning the order of suspension passed by the Depot Manager, Mehdipatnam Depot -2nd respondent vide proceedings No.01/2(16)/2015-MR dated 21.09.2015, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard Sri T.D. Phani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N. Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents - Telangana State Road Transport Corporation.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the inquiry officer was already appointed to enquire into the charges framed against the petitioner vide charge sheet No.01/2(16)/2015-MR dated 21.09.2015 and the inquiry would be completed as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the said submission, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents - Corporation to expedite the inquiry and to complete the same by fixing some time frame.

For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to complete the inquiry pursuant to the charge sheet dated 21.09.2015 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. No costs.
