On hearing Mr.E.Sambasiva Pratap, learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the opinion that violation of terms of compromise, based on which the FCA was disposed of, does not constitute contempt.

However, the applicant is free to file an application for review of the order in F.C.A.M.P.No.158 of 2017.
