THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8206 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"to issue writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representations submitted by the petitioners dt.06-01-2016 for selection of Supervisor Posts in Adult Education Department is illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, violation of Art.14, 16 of the Constitution of India, 1950 and against the principles of Natural Justice, consequently direct the respondents to dispose off the representations filed by the petitioners dt.06-01- 2016 for selection of Supervisor Posts in Adult Education Department."

Heard Sri D. Kasim Saheb, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for School Education for respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, the petitioners herein submitted representations on 0601-2016 to the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein and no orders have been passed on the said representations so far. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioners to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representations, dated 06-01-2016, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe. The said request is not opposed by the other side. For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and

entitlement of the petitioners, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations, dated 06-01-2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, in accordance with law. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
