ORDER

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Standing Counsel for Panchayat Raj represent that the amounts to which the petitioners are entitled were already paid to them.

In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
