HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.810 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 21.09.2013, passed by this Court in WP.No.4249 of 2004, which reads as follows;

"The Second respondent is directed to treat the reinstatement of the petitioner as with continuity of service and attendant benefits, but without back wages."

Today, the learned standing counsel for the respondent produced proceedings No.P2/369(1)/2015-BKP, dated 10.08.2015, which shows that petitioner was already reinstated. As far as attendant benefits are concerned, learned counsel stated that the same were sanctioned and sent to accounts department and that the same will be paid within a period of four weeks. In view of the above, I do not see any violation committed by the respondent. However, the respondent shall release the attendant benefits rising out of the order dated 21.09.2013, passed by this Court in WP.No.4249 of 2004, within a period of four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the contempt case, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J
