HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.R.P.No. 2875 of 2017 O R D E R:- Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the material available on record, this Court does not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order dated 28.04.2017 in I.A.No. 3233 of 2011 in O.S.No. 228 of 2010 passed by the Principal District Judge, Guntur and the revision petition is liable to be dismissed.

However, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and that the suit is of the year 2010, I hereby direct the trial Court to decide the suit itself expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
