ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 25.09.2014, in I.A.No.794 of 2014 in OS.No.1350 of 2014 on the file of learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, whereby he has directed maintenance of status quo till the disposal of the I.A.

Upon hearing Sri Brahmadandi Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, and on perusal of the record, I am of the opinion that since the order under revision was passed pending the I.A., it is unnecessary for this Court to render any findings on the merits of the case. Therefore, the lower Court is directed to dispose of the above-mentioned I.A. expeditiously and not later than two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Subject to the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
