THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.25206 of 2009 ORDER:

Heard Mr.S.A.Razzaaq, learned counsel for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. The petitioner in effect prays for Writ of Mandamus to give effect to Lr.No.E/74/EGS/DWMA/09, dated 07-09-2009, through which the petitioner was selected as Field Assistant but not appointed. On 12-07-2010, the following interim direction was issued by this Court.

" ..... to direct the 2nd respondent herein to issue post orders to the petitioner as Field Assistant duly implementing directions of the 1st respondent in Lr.No.E/74/EGS/DWMA/09, dated 07-09-2009 pending disposal of the above W.P."

Mr.S.A.Razzaaq submits that interim direction of this Court is complied with and the petitioner is working as Field Assistant as on date and prays for making the interim direction as final order. The Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents does not dispute the statement made by petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of by making interim direction as final order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.

Prv
