HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.20317 of 2012 ORDER:

Petitioner complains against inaction of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in completing the survey requested by the petitioner. Respondent No.2 filed counter-affidavit together with annexures. According to counter-affidavit, the survey has been completed and the inaction complained does not survive for consideration.

Mr.T.Sarath, appearing for the petitioner, does not press the writ prayer and requests the Court to leave it open to petitioner to work out the remedies in law against either the survey said to have been conducted by respondent No.3 or any ancillary grievance that has arisen in this behalf. His statement is placed on record. Writ petition is dismissed by granting the same as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
