THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8836 OF 2011 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is reported by learned counsel for the petitioner so also learned Standing Counsel for the respondent that in identical set of circumstances this Court disposed of W.P.No.26577 of 2007, by way of order dated 01.08.2008 and a copy of the same is also placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper.

Following the above said order, this writ petition is also disposed of, directing that as and when the respondents take up the appointments of Junior Linemen in future, the case of the petitioner shall also be considered, in case he fulfils the qualifications.
