This company application is filed for condonation of delay of

3635 days in filing the claim in form 66, dated 03.03.2015, before the Official Liquidator.

Mr.Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, has fairly submitted that his client has no objection for condonation of the delay.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of this application and in view of the fair concession made on behalf of the Official Liquidator, the delay is condoned.
