In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner/A1 seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C No. 301 of 2013 on the file of III Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Section 324 r/w 34 IPC (Crime No. 178/2013 of Uppal Police Station). 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 21.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Uppal Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 28.3.2014 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in CC No. 301 of 2013 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
