THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1282 OF 2016 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.2 seeking to relax the condition imposed by order dated 27.01.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.179 of 2016 passed by the II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, to the effect that the petitioner shall produce 'two local sureties'.

Heard and perused the records.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/A.2 submits that the petitioner is native of Anantapur District and as such, the petitioner could not able to secure the local sureties of Hyderabad and as such, prays this Court to relax the said condition. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order, dated 27.01.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.179 of 2016, to the extent of two sureties are concerned, is modified as under.

"the petitioner is enlarged on bail on executing his self bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties, who are native of Anantapur District, to the satisfaction of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad".
