B/O ns 08.07.2022 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition No.(ii) imposed upon the petitioner/Accused No.1 in Crl.P.No.4137 of 2021 dt.18.06.2021 that he should appear before the investigating officer on 2nd Saturday on every month between 10.00 AM and 2.00 PM from July, 2017 onwards, till completion of investigation or filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been appearing accordingly which is not disputed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the RespondentState. In view of the petitioner's appearance in assisting the investigation, the condition No.ii is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating authorities as and when required and the other conditions remain unaltered.

Accordingly, IA is ordered.
