THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.5195 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 11.05.2012 in I.A.No.163 of 2012 in A.S.No.139 of 2006 on the file of IV Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC), Warangal. 2.

The information obtained by the Registry from the official website of e-courts shows that the main suit in A.S.No.139 of 2006 itself was disposed of by the Court below on 05.02.2013. 3.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this revision petition for further adjudication and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
