DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.955 of 2014 ORDER: (oral) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that in view of the fact that Criminal Appeal filed by the 1st respondent was allowed by appellate Court, nothing survives in the present petition. Thus, the present petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
