Since there was no representation for the revision petitioner on 06.04.2018, Registry was directed to list the present revision under the caption 'for dismissal'. However, on 09.04.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment and, accordingly, the matter was adjourned.

Today, despite the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the revision petitioner. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.
