HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 20268 of 2002 O R D E R:- When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents were not approving the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher, and in those circumstances, the present writ petition is filed, and on 11.10.2002 while admitting this writ petition, this Court issued an interim direction to the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner, and therefore, appropriate orders may be passed in this writ petition.

Having considered the above submission, this Court is of the view that in view of the interim order passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
