This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 01.08.2012 in Crl.R.P.No.30 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the IV-Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC) at Mahabubnagar. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 10.06.2016. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
